The Promotion Lady™ ("we", "us", or "the platform") collects the information you provide during onboarding — including your business name, industry, location, target customers, and any details you enter into search, scheduling, or coaching tools — to generate personalized promotion intelligence, partner matches, and reports.

We process payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVC, or other raw payment instrument data on our servers; Stripe handles that information directly under its own privacy and security standards.

To build live directories and prospect lists, our search engine sends your business context (industry, location, and target customer description) to search and web providers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Aggregated, de-identified insights may be used to improve the platform.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the Contact page. Continued use of the platform constitutes consent to this policy.

The Promotion Lady™ provides business intelligence, prospect suggestions, scores, and strategic recommendations for informational and planning purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional business advice.

Listings, fit scores, revenue estimates, and health grades are estimates based on available data and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always independently verify any prospect's contact details, business status, and suitability before reaching out, entering an agreement, or relying on a recommendation.

We do not guarantee any specific revenue, partnership, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own efforts, market conditions, and decisions. You use The Promotion Lady™ App entirely at your own risk. The Promotion Lady™ assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use The Promotion Lady™ App for your own business development. This license does not transfer any ownership of the platform, its content, or its underlying technology to you.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; (b) resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute access to the platform; (c) use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages or to violate any law; or (d) attempt to overwhelm, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our billing terms and applicable consumer-protection law.

The Promotion Lady™ App, including its name, logo, interface, modules, workflows, prompts, scoring models, and all associated content, is the exclusive intellectual property of its owner and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws.

You may not copy, clone, reproduce, imitate, or create a derivative version of this app — in whole or in part — for any commercial or public purpose. This includes replicating the platform's structure, feature set, branding, or proprietary methodology under a different name.

Unauthorized copying, cloning, or redistribution will be treated as a breach of these terms and may give rise to claims for copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, and other remedies available under law.
